Welcome to DeepClean Crew. By accessing our website, booking our deep cleaning services, or engaging with our move-in/move-out prep solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling an appointment.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.

2. Scope of Cleaning Services

DeepClean Crew specializes in detailed deep cleaning, move-in sanitization, and move-out prep. Our services are conducted based on our comprehensive checklists, which are strictly followed by our trained professionals.

While we strive for pristine results, we cannot guarantee the removal of permanent stains, deep-set mold, or pre-existing damage to surfaces. Any specialized requests outside our standard checklists must be agreed upon in writing prior to the scheduled service date.

3. Booking, Quotes, and Pricing

All quotes provided by DeepClean Crew are initial estimates based on the information supplied by the client regarding property size and current condition. Final pricing may be adjusted upon arrival if the actual condition of the property requires significantly more time or resources than initially described.

Bookings are considered confirmed only once a formal confirmation email is sent. We reserve the right to refuse service if the property condition poses a health or safety hazard to our crew.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change, particularly during a move. However, we strictly require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of deep cleaning services so that we may reallocate our staff accordingly.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a late cancellation fee. Repeated late cancellations may result in the requirement of a non-refundable deposit for any future bookings.

5. Liability and Damage Claims

DeepClean Crew takes the utmost care when treating your property and belongings. In the unlikely event that an item is broken or damaged by our team, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of the service completion.

Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided or the actual cash value of the damaged item, whichever is lower. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, improperly secured items, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from faulty fixtures.

6. Property Access and Safety

Clients are responsible for providing unimpeded access to the property at the scheduled time. If our crew is unable to enter the premises due to a lack of keys, incorrect alarm codes, or a lockout, a standard lockout fee will apply.

For move-out and move-in cleaning, we require that the property is completely free of other contractors (e.g., painters, movers, plumbers) to ensure our team can effectively and safely complete the deep cleaning checklist.
